Do you offer parking for customers?
Yes, we offer 2 hours of free parking with validation.
How do I validate my parking ticket?
You can validate your parking ticket on the iPad near the entrance under Claudine’s photo.
What if I can't find parking in your lot?
Metered street parking is also available. Please ensure to read the signage and abide by the Gridlock Zones.
Reservations
Do you take reservations?
No, we do not take reservations. Our team members are always available to help you find a seat after you have placed your order.
Catering
How much notice do you require for catering orders?
We require a minimum of 2 days' notice for catering orders.

Do you offer delivery for catering orders?
Yes, we offer delivery for $35 within a 7-mile distance and $55 within a 10-mile distance from Claudine.

Yes, please include your needs when placing your order.

How does the rewards program work?
For every $1 spent, you earn 1 point. Get $5 off after earning 100 points.

Are dogs allowed in your restaurant?
Yes, dogs are welcome on our patio. We're happy to provide water in a disposable bowl upon request.
Are there any restrictions on bringing pets?
Only Service Animals performing a service inside the restaurant are allowed. This policy is strictly enforced.
